Getting ready for performance means different things to different people and in this workshop we will cover many techniques to get you ready for your best show. Expect to stretch, do stage drills, and share stories of anxiety and success in a safe space. If you have a yoga mat - bring it, or at least a large towel to lay on, and ugly comfortable clothes. Open to all levels, some previous stage experience is helpful
